He has excellent multitasking skills and a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. He directs the operations teams to address any concerns raised by customers and problems with the management of vendors. He is able to maintain clear thinking in stressful situations and ensure that tour operations run smoothly and in accordance with schedules.
He is very passionate about the travel and hospitality industries, and he knows how to give clients the best service possible. Jerome also interacts with the customers online to answer any questions or solve any problems they may have. His main ambition is to work as a tour guide and tour operator all over the world, and he is also very passionate about showing the attractions of Mount Kilimanjaro and the Serengeti National Park.
