This is the standard itinerary for Kathmandu, Chitwan, and Pokhara tours. If you are looking for a customized itinerary and requirements, please contact us for the details.

You will be greeted at the airport by a representative, and then you will be transferred to the hotel. The rest of the evening will be free, and once you have refreshed yourself, you may become acquainted with the neighborhood by taking a walk along the street. In the evening, our tour manager will meet you at your hotel and give you a briefing on the itinerary for the rest of your time in Nepal. After dinner, take a nap and spend your first night in the city with the most temples in the world.

The following morning, we will depart from Kathmandu for our flight to Pokhara. We will be at Pokhara Airport in around 30 minutes. After having a quick breakfast at the hotel, we will get in the car and drive to Kusma. Once we get to the Kusma Bungee Bridge, all of your paperwork will be completed, and you'll be ready to experience the thrilling Bungee Jump. After lunch and a tour of Kusma Village, we'll head back to Pokhara.

Paragliding is yet another thrilling activity in Pokhara. Paragliding is a popular and exciting sport that can be done in Pokhara. Following an energizing breakfast, we will leave Pokhara early for Chitwan. You will eventually reach Chitwan after a long journey that takes almost five hours. The Chitwan National Park is a place of international significance. A whole day on the safari is a day you won't soon forget! An expert naturalist who is knowledgeable about the natural world leads all animal activities. The one-horned rhinoceros, spotted deer, and sambar deer, as well as a rich diversity of birdlife, are among the wildlife of Chitwan National Park. Flights and Transportation

The 7 days adventure sports journey will start with airport pick-up and sightseeing in Kathmandu and Pokhara. You can take a flight, a car, or a bus to get from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Pokhara is the starting point of this journey then you will be traveling to other destinations by bus or jeep.

Food and Accommodation

We will provide freshly prepared food from a restaurant Lunch is offered on the trek, while breakfast and dinner are served at the lodge. There are many different Nepali and Western foods and beverages available. Additionally, you will stay at lodges and comfortable tea houses at high altitudes. Up until the final village, bottled water will be accessible along the walk. You can use iodine or water-purifying medications, or you can purchase boiled water from a hotel or restaurant.

Weather and Climate

You can do this 7 days adventure sports journey any time of the year but the most favorable time but the best time for rafting and other adventure sports in Nepal is usually between September to early December and March to June because the views are clear and the water is warm. 

Altitude Sickness and Preventive Measures

There will be very less signs of altitude sickness during the 7 days of adventure sports for you. The highest elevation of this trek is 1,350 m above sea level which should not be any problem for altitude sickness. If in case, you  Diamox (altitude sickness medicine).
