Wonderful menu of four items of Native Nepali food. Cooked by ourselves with friendly 

chefs. Organic food and the level of spice can be decided individually. Fun conversation and local tips from our chefs. We chose from four menus. Well organized and very clean. Best food in Kathmandu! Enjoyed going to the local market and learning about cooking spices. Easy to follow instructions for any level of cooking skills. Highly recommended!  

Footprint Adventure provided an incredible itinerary and followed through with amazing hospitality and service. From the time we touched down in Tanzania, throughout our incredible trek to Mount Kilimanjaro and then safari Footprint Adventure was with us each step of the way. Jerome in Tanzania was extremely welcoming and organised excellent staff in guides Deo and Prim for our Kilimanjaro climb - Machame route. On safari we were looked after by Jamal who went above and beyond each day to show us as much as he could. The accommodation was excellent, in particular Moyo Tented Camp where you can sleep in luxury tents in the Serengeti. If you are thinking of climbing Kilimanjaro or going on a safari book with Footprint Adventure. They are an exceptional local team. Choose to support local sustainable travel. We wouldn’t choose anyone else. Top shelf!

 The flight over the Himalayas was surreal, but the landing at Kalapatthar was magical.

The morning was memorable as the Everest above me had breakfast in the Everest View Hotel and saw such a beautiful view as an experience of a lifetime.

Being in the helicopter was an adventure in itself; however, upon landing in Kalapatthar and getting a glimpse of Everest so near, I became speechless.

Breakfast was a celebration because of the clear mountain air and the views that I kept getting as I sat in the Everest View Hotel. This is an ideal tour for a person who desires to experience the Everest but does not want to trek to it- it is absolutely memorable.

Absolutely fantastic introduction to our first time in Nepal. Each place on the itinerary offered something different, and the tour exceeded expectations. Sharan was always prompt at replying to our emails and messages before and during the tour, met us at our first and last hotels, and took us to dinner on the last night, where we were able to ask the many questions we had about life in Nepal.

Historical landmarks and cultural landmarks of the city were amazing, Boudhanath Stupa, Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, and Patan Durbar Square. The historical places were amazing, and religious places with their playful architecture are wonderful.

We were really amazed by the breathtaking views of Annapurna while we were at Dhampus village. Everything we experienced was amazing.

We had provided an absolutely excellent driver for our tour. Both the guide and the driver are true gentlemen and couldn’t have done more for us. 

If you are looking for a tour in Nepal. I don’t hesitate to recommend this company.

As a solo female traveler, I was a little nervous about trekking in Nepal, but Footprint Adventure exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I booked, they were incredibly professional and made me feel safe and welcome. My guide, Ganesh, was supportive, knowledgeable, and always ensured I was comfortable. The trails were peaceful, and reaching Rara Lake felt like an accomplishment. The beauty of the lake and the surrounding landscapes was beyond words. If you’re a solo traveler looking for an unforgettable adventure, this is it!

Amazing trek with Footprint Adventure. We did a 12-day cultural trek through Ruby Valley with our guide Sandeep and wonderful porter Prakash. Sharan arranged a detailed itinerary tailored to us and discussed every detail with us before we started our trek, and everything was well prepared.

The scenery along the trek was amazing, with perfect weather and lots of great views of the Langtang and Ganesh Himal mountain ranges. We also passed through a variety of landscapes that made every day new and exciting.

Unlike some more common trails, Ruby Valley was off the beaten track, and we were able to enjoy the trek and incredible views without crowds of travelers. I would highly recommend the Ruby Valley Trail to anyone looking for an authentic Nepalese trekking experience. We can’t wait to come back for another trek with Footprint Adventure Next Year!
