Latest Trip Review

I can only say good things about Footprint Adventure and their personnel. Sharan made it very easy to book the Annapurna Circuit and made sure it fit in with my plans and preferences.
My guide, Ganesh, and my porter were all great and worked very hard. Ganesh went out of his way to make sure I was safe, fed, and comfortable for the whole 17 days I was walking. We had a lot of fun along the way, which was made even better by his energy and his knowledge of the mountains and the culture. Even when the weather changed and things got a little scary in the mountains, Ganesh acted quickly and wisely to get us to safety and keep me having the best adventure of my life.
Even though he had to carry my bag for 17 days, my porter was polite and always had a smile on his face. By the end of the trek, we had all become great walking partners and friends. Along the way, we had a lot of fun and made memories that will last a lifetime.
I recommend both the company and people going on their own trips to Nepal more. They also helped me plan a trip to Chitwan, which was a lot of fun and a big help. I will soon use these guys to book my next trip to Nepal.

We had the incredible opportunity to climb Island Peak with EBC Trek and Cho pass. Nima, our guide sherpa, knowing his native Khumbu valley first hand, offered us the privilege to spend time with his family and friends.

This was our first trekking/climbing in Nepal so we had endless questions and concerns beforehand. Sharan was always available to resolve them and flexible to adapt the trip to our needs.

Once we got to Kathmandu, the whole team took great care of us, we felt home thousands of kilometers away from it. They even prepared the most thoughtful party to celebrate our successful summit!

The Annapurna Circuit hike that included the Nar Phu valley in Nepal was an incredible experience thanks to Sharan and the rest of the staff at Footprint Adventure. When I arrived in Kathmandu, Sharan had everything expertly prepared for me, and he had been incredibly attentive and simple to work with throughout the entire process. Our guide, Ramesh, as well as our porters, Laxman and Ram, both left a very positive impression on me. Ramesh was an excellent leader during the hike, and he was constantly concerned about our well-being and safety. Additionally, the entire team was really welcoming, and it was a pleasure to be in their company. Strongly recommended local company in Nepal for the adventure in mountains. 

My team and I had a great time on this trip. At first, it was hard because we got sick at different points along the way. Our guide, Abhishek, and two porters, Chhring and Dawa, went out of their way to take care of us. They also changed our schedule as we went along to meet the needs of our group.

We were still able to finish EBC, Chola Pass and Kongmala pass. For the rest of the team members who could do it. Still, it was a great ending. The porters took the team members who couldn't make it to Chola and Gokyo to lower altitudes.

For me, the fact that Abhishek was experienced and knew how to deal with problems and challenges from the team made for a very smooth expedition. It was simple. I can't imagine how I would do it if I was too tired to do it myself.

I love everyone on the footprint team because they have made this trip so amazing and memorable. We will definitely go there again on our next adventure.

We were looking for a simple yoga trek, we came across footprint online. Madhav suggested the Mardi Himal Trek to us (in German). Everything else was then organized by Sharan - everything was uncomplicated and prompt. On the trek itself, we were accompanied by Ashish (guide & yoga instructor) and Saroj (porter). They were a great team and we laughed a lot together. Ashish is very versatile: could offer yoga, meditation, and singing bowl sessions. It should be mentioned, however, that there are no (extra) rooms for yoga and that the sessions were canceled or had to be adjusted in bad weather. We really enjoyed the trek and we definitely recommend the team. We'll come back to Nepal for the next adventure with them.

For our honeymoon, my wife and I chose to go trekking in Nepal. This time, we chose to hire Footprint Adventure to plan our trip. Since we booked, the company and its representatives were very helpful and always answered our questions. At the beginning, we were supposed to do the trek to Everest Base Camp, but we couldn't fly because of bad weather. The company quickly changed our plans, and we got to go to the Annapurna Base camp instead. Best decision ever! The weather was always nice, and we could see the mountains clearly. Our guide, Ramesh, was very professional, kind, and helpful during our trip. He gave us good advice and made sure we would reach our goal. He also told us a lot about the Annapurna area, its nature, and Nepali people and their culture. We can only tell you to go on this hike!

On Island Peak, we had a well-planned trip, my friend recommend this company and get connected with Madhav. Over time, he became not only our trip planner but also our friend now. Hotels, guides, porters, and food were all just like they said they would be, and we didn't have a single problem during the trip.

Our friends who bought trips from here in the future had the same experience as us. They are so adaptable to your needs and situation, and they waited an extra day for me at Island Base Camp.

We almost always go to Nepal, and Footprint Adventure is by far the best tour company we use. Thank you, Madhav, for making our trip much easier and more comfortable. We'll definitely come back soon for the next adventure with these guys. 

It was an incredible experience. From the start, the manager Ganesh was really considerate and caring for anything we needed. He met us with Kilraj, who was the best guide we could have asked for. He took care of us, carefully taken us to Gokyo Lake, and solved every single problem we had.
We had a great time on the trip owing to them, and we definitely recommend that anyone who is going for the ebc do it with them.
