Latest Trip Review

I can highly recommend footprint! This review is for a 15days EBC trek.

Three things I would like to highlight:

1. Very high service level and professionalism.
From the process of the booking, support in advance of the trek, to arrival in Nepal and to our brilliant guide, Shanti and Sherpa Ajun. The people around the trek made it a blast. Plus I felt safe throughout the trip.

2. Eco-tourism.
They have a strong focus on sustainable travelling - ensuring we also have an Everest to climb in the future. Strong focus on recycling and keep the footprint of our tour as low as possible. Love all the initiatives taken on this matter.

3. Experienced staff.
The whole trip was planned so we stayed at the best treehouses possible, ensuring proper foot, well connected to the Sherpa environment and the airlines companies, etc. it helped a lot to ensure a seamless experience.

I would any day book with footprint again and trust them in managing my experience.

I had an excellent experience trekking to Everest Base Camp with the support of Footprint Adventure.

From the very beginning, everything was handled professionally. The team gave me a warm welcome in Kathmandu, and throughout the journey, they were polite, helpful, and very flexible. Midway through the trek, I decided to shorten the itinerary by two days, and the agency fully understood my needs. They quickly adapted the plan and even managed to reschedule my return flight earlier — which made a big difference and showed great customer service.

A special mention to my guide, Magarchhiring – an outstanding professional. He was kind, friendly, and always attentive to my well-being. He did an excellent job guiding me along the trail and was also a great person to talk to during the trek, making the experience even more enjoyable. He fully supported my decision to adjust the schedule, with no hesitation.

I highly recommend Footprint Adventure and Magarchhiring to anyone looking for a safe, well-organized, and human-centered trekking experience in the Himalayas. It was truly worth it!

The class started with the introduction of spices with the chefs. The staff were really fun to cook with, they were very friendly and patient, and we got to know many facts about the class as well as Nepal. The food was really great, and the cleanliness of the class was very good. I would recommend this class to everyone 😊

From the first email enquiry to Footprint Adventure until our first meeting with Sharan before flying home, we received exceptional service. Manaslu Circuit and Tsum Valley Trek was tailored to our needs and expertly organized, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. 

Guide Lokesh ensured we were well fed, warm, fit, healthy, and safe while trekking, and we could not have gone the distance without Santosh, our very supportive porter. When we requested to change our itinerary towards the trek, Sharan and Ganesh were both very responsive and flexible, and took care of everything.

The Mansalu Trek and Tsum Valley did not disappoint. The spectacular scenery and authentic culture immersion were everything we hoped for. 

We have no hesitation in recommending Footprint Adventure and will certainly book with Sharan again in the future if we return for more.

I highly recommend the company that organizes trekking tours in the Himalayas. Their professionalism, experienced guides, and excellent organization made the trip safe, enjoyable, and unforgettable. It was an amazing adventure, and I would definitely choose their services again.
Abi is a guide of many talents who took care of our safety every day and made our trekking experience truly special. He brightened our journey with his guitar playing, singing, and meaningful conversations, creating unforgettable moments along the way.

Did the Everest base camp tour , since before we arrived at Kathmandu had a couple of video calls in order to better understand all the details . The staff was always available for any doubts we had , when we finally got to Kathmandu they pick us up at airport , and drive us to the hotel . Got a tour of the city the next day and a meeting to kick off the adventure. During the trek every night we had a medical check up to assure everything was OK .
Everyone in the tea house knew our guide and were happy to see him , this make us feel like home .
